Do you offer postage / shipping?

Yes we offer shipping Australia wide. 

Do you offer pick up?

Yes – You are welcome to pick up at our home in Stratford

What are your shipping costs?

FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100
$10 flat rate on all orders under $100
Add express for $15

How long will my order take?

We are currently running on a 5-7 day turn around unless discussed otherwise.

Does your turn around time include shipping?

No, shipping is on top of that.

Do you send proofs of my order?

Yes, once your order/design is drawn up we will send you a proof through email for you to confirm.

How do I hang my wall decor?

We recommend using commands to hang all wall décor. You should clean your wall prior and please

Refund Policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as all of our items are made to order. 

Refunds
We will notify you when we have made the refund. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
